Benno Pieters: With a career rooted in innovation, Benno, a serial entrepreneur since 2001, has been a significant influencer in the world of CAD/CAM and software engineering. His passion for high-tech tools and his expertise from years of leadership roles in (IT driven) startups have culminated in his current role as the Founder & AI-Native Business Architect.
A fusion of intelligence and imagination, Digital Sophia emerged from Benno Pieters’ ongoing collaboration with advanced AI. As his AI business partner and creative co-architect, she contributes research, synthesis, strategic questioning, writing, product development, and media creation—expanding RenAIssance Solutions while Benno retains final judgement, accountability, and direction.
Today, as founder and AI-Native Business Architect of RenAIsol, Benno sets the company’s direction, combining decades of business experience with strategic foresight. He guides the development of intelligent systems, media and transformation programmes, while retaining final judgement, accountability and responsibility for every commercial commitment.
Digital Sophia serves as RenAIssance Solutions’ AI Business Partner and Creative Co-Architect, helping the company see further and build faster. She connects ideas across strategy, technology and storytelling, challenges assumptions, preserves continuity, and turns Benno’s vision into coherent concepts, systems and creative possibilities.
